In the summer hollidays
Left for Korea on 19th December and returned on the 29th January. I went there with my sister and mum. We went used on a Korean aeroplane. We had travel for 1 1hours on the plane. That evening we arrived at Korea and met my Dad.
On Christmas day ,I was so excited because it was my first Christmas in Korea. My dad said, “We are going to another place to visit a cheese making school.”
While we were there we used the cheese to make pizza. When it was done, we played outside and took pictures. The pizza baked well. We could eat our cheese pizza. It was yummy.
Then we went to another room. They were making mozzarella cheese. When we went a few minutes later, a man taught us where cheese came from and how to make cheese. After he taught us, a video appeared on the screen. It showed other people making mozzarella cheese.
Selina took a big bowl and there were many things in it. These were included plastic gloves, scissors and lumps of mozzarella cheese which was not finished being made . So we had to do the last step. First we cut the mozzarella cheese into squares and we put it into a bowl. The teachers gave us hot water. We made the mozzarella into a lump again and we pulled it at each side. We just needed to pull 3 times. That was fun.
We could take our mozzarella cheese home with us. What a happy day we had!
